Our MFR is a high quality vegetable fats specifically manufactured to meet various dairy Applications without comprising on quality of finished products. MFR can be used as total or partial replacer of milk fats.
With good melting properties, being hard at lower temperature and melting completely at body temperature. This is important for the mouthfeel and flavour release when eating the finished product.
